Really strange

 I was in my mind for a minute thinking was he waiting there for me did he know I was coming to the bank 

So yesterday

 I was at the bank and a guy was there pacing back and forth I don't know how long he was there but when I left he left 

The person above me

 Pacing back and forth but foggy like a bear waking up from hibernation 

Kinda like

 The man I saw pacing back and forth outside the bank when I was there the other day 

Until a couple days back

 Making alot of noise
