So after Samson

 Lied so many times about what had given him his strength to Delilah she got him high and of course he told her everything 

I politely ask him

 If he had finished moving in and that I lived beneath him and if he could be considerate because of the noise

 400 pound white man kicking that cat back in the door pulling the door so I couldn't see in

Si as loud as I knocked

 He was expecting maybe some one to match that knock 

But the next day

 He got loud again and I went up there and knocked on the door loudly

She gave me a number

 For dispute resolution 

So

 The other night that person above me was so loud that I called the police non-emergency number because we been thru the cabinet slamming....the extra cabinet slamming and I wanted to know what to do about this harassment
