 I'm really fucked 

So I tt the person

 So the thing has wrong name and address basically 

And I changed my last name

 Back to just Johnson 

Not for real

 I never changed my age 

I've changed my address

 Like I changed my age 

I can't be here

 And on Charles 

And suffer

 Daily 

I want you to know

 I'm physically ill behind this 

OK you said you couldn't change the name

 But the address
