I couldn't

Figure out what she thought was so funny about the picture 

she said

When I met with her to discuss it 

there was a

Mark on my arm and I marked the symbol equivalent to the pain 

so I

Marked on that picture every where I was in pain using the symbols 

she sent me that picture

That reminds me of the one the coroner uses to mark a dead body 

prior to starting
