I'm in physical therapy

For my back 

recently

I tried to address in my own way 

they started talking about

Something on my other hand old Cisco on my other hand so of course the mri never happened 

I went back

To have a mri 

I had it xrayed

The said they didn't see anything 

as a employee incident

They fought me say it didn't happen there 

so when the needle incident

Occurred I reported at spectrum health Cornwell health 

oh oh

That's another story

Eating my food.and ate my leftover

They poked a whole in it

Been sleeping in my bed
