A very sales woman

asked if she could help and I explained to her what my condition was and I said something about me liking to walk and the Hokas came up

Well I go to

Gazelle Sports downtown looking for the arch support he recommended.

The podiatrist

recommended foot therapy along with a few other things

I did have another appointment

at another location just in case

I did receive a call from

from the cascade location

Now when I did this

the girl lady on the phone when I told her what was going on her attitude was like well we don't want you to have to pay out of pocket and she said it so many times that I basically hung up

Needless to say I

called my Drs office and they told me to call the podiatrist office and see if I could see another foot doctor in the office

So new

he was not even in the system and if I saw him I would probably have to pay out of pocket

She put me on hold

and came back to the phone and informed me that the doctor podiatrist I was about to schedule this appointment with is new to the practice

Well

when I told her the address she or me had a little dyslexia going on because she got the #s wrong or I mixed them up she decided to call.

Transportation

arranging transportation I called the number on the back of the insurance card
